- Anyone who has basic yoga experience and is looking to deepen their personal yoga practice and understanding of this science.
- Those looking to improve their lifestyle habits and develop healthy alignment as you learn more about the principles of yoga.
- This is an entry level course, so no pre-requisites required to register for this course.
